How do I book a pickup?
Message us on WhatsApp, call us, or fill in the booking form on our contact page. Tell us your address and a time slot that suits you, and we'll confirm the pickup.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. We collect from your door and bring everything back at no extra charge.
How long does it take?
Wash & Fold and Wash & Iron come back in 48 hours. Steam ironing takes 24 hours. Dry cleaning, shoes and home fabrics take 3 to 5 days. Need it sooner? Ask for express service.
When do I pay?
After delivery, once you've checked your clothes. You can pay by UPI, card or cash.
How do you make sure my clothes don't get mixed up?
Every item gets a tag with your order number when we collect it. Your clothes are washed separately from other customers' orders and checked against the tag list before they come back.
What if a stain doesn't come out?
We treat every stain before cleaning. Some old or set-in stains can't be removed fully without damaging the fabric. If that happens, we'll tell you rather than risk the garment.
